Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coin purchases

Coins are added to your account right after payment. Because coins are digital items used instantly, purchases cannot be refunded once the coins are added.

Failed or double payments

If money left your account but coins were not added, or you were charged twice for the same order, write to [support@ludoking.pro] with your payment reference. We will add the coins or refund the extra payment to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Premium cancellation

You can cancel Premium any time from the Premium page. It stops renewing and stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month already paid.
